We appreciate your five-star review! We work to cultivate a culture where employees can grow and thrive with the support of their peers and upper-level management. Although the sales process can be challenging, we lead our representatives toward success with our first-class training program and continued education opportunities.

GMS training sets you up for success from day one and implements ongoing trainings and support from then on. The Detroit office has BY FAR the best morale and community to stay mentally strong. The rest is up to you. It is a grind and it takes a deep sense of awareness and maturity to hold yourself accountable which ultimate will bring on success. Expectations are clear and concise for the sales representative job description. They offer different healthcare plans and educate employees on the best fit (i.e. Multiple high deductible plans in addition to a traditional plan). After 90 days you receive a GMS hybrid vehicle with free gas and insurance. There is a tracker in every vehicle which is common in all companies that provide a FREE CAR. Brandon (Manager) supports all in the office, provides advice on professional and personal level, and will work with you to problem solve what areas are most challenging for the specific person.
Cons
Prepare to put yourself in uncomfortable situations everyday to challenge and strengthen your backbone. You must be able to be vulnerable with your team and with management to gain that support and close connections. If you don't have the work ethic or mental mindset you will crumble (as is with every job). From my perspective this is a common hurdle for those that take the rejection personally or stand in their own way instead of focusing on getting better and learning everyday.
