I worked at Groupe SII full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You will have team lunch. That's all.

    Cons

Full of lies about company at the time of interview. Salary terms during exit not honored leading to severe financial loss. When questioned, gave negative reviews to background checks of new employers.
Fraud organization. Out of total employee strength of 13, 3 have quit with in a week of my joining

    Advice to Management

Practice what you have committed in offer letter. Don't give negative feedback intentionally to take revenge.

    Pros

The length of "intercontrat" before they start to put illegal pressure on the consultant concerned is around 6 months (pretty high compared to competitors).

    Cons

Absolutely no opportunity as consultant to growth. The only opportunity is to get hired by the client. If you expect an internal promotion at SII you'll wait your entire life.

    Advice to Management

Please do not allow the client to increase the length of a mission after 2 years. This is illegal in France!
