    Pros

    It has a great company culture and get a good development the first 2-3 years.

    Cons

    If you are looking for a fast development, you get kind of stocked after the 2nd or 3rd years. Every single step you have to deal with a lot of bureaucracy.

    Advice to Management

    Reduce bureaucracy and increase salaries, doing these actions you will reduce surprisingly the turn over.

    Pros

    I work for several years in different commercial areas. It´s a great company to work for, with a lot of space to grow.

    Cons

    They say they want to change several things of how the bussiness is running but there are severeal top management leaders that they don´t really want to change.

    Advice to Management

    Really try to make the major changes.

    You can learn stuff in your field if you like consumer products.

    The way of work is not very organizing and they don't follow planning that provokes a lot of work is unnecessary.

    Solid people-oriented philosophy, good executive benefits (vehicle, full health/life, grocery card), trying to modernize itself to reflect global HR standards

    Cons

    Low diversity in upper management, very hard to get fired if an executive, old school HR policies, low salaries
