    Pros

your equal co-workers are very cool and in the most cases brilliant and very hard workers. You can learn something new and amazing everyday.

    Cons

No matter how much you work you will earn a few pennies unless you are friends with top management. You will be working more than 12 effective hours a day with zero recognition. No matter how good you are, if competition makes you an offer they will let you go rather than counter offering a minimum salary increase. Its quite a shame.

    Advice to Management

Salaries should increase like 300% to at least match the same job elsewhere.

    Pros

    The pays' good.
You can get some hands on experience on high performance systems, and cool hardware to play with.

    Cons

Your users will be a complete nightmare, and your peers a pain in the ass.
Senior management will harrass and scream for the most stupid things... all in all, not a nice place to wotk.

    Advice to Management

Get your act together and start managing!
GBM has the potential to be a great place to work, if only you gave some attention to the employees.
