    Pros

Great Company, that appreciates hard work. Customer service reps, and store Managers can learn how to run a profitable store, how to do collections properly and build customer relationships.

    Cons

Famsa is new to this type of business so there is a lot of room to grow but very challenging because the industry is saturated with competition.

    Pros

You get the experience well you learn somethings

    Cons

The managers really don't care about you all they care about is there sales and if you are in the collect agency the manager in there are two face people they say you are doing a good job and then when you leave they tell the whole department that you were doing a horrible job. They have no knowledge of leadership experience. Is like they just hire someone and told them here is the manager position.
