I worked at Gryphon Scientific as an intern

    Pros

Supervisors, PI's, and Project Managers are always open to hearing concerns or ideas, and welcome conversation at any time about the work you are assigned. Lots of emphasis on teaching you how to research and how to ask the right questions. Great location in Takoma Park, MD

    Cons

Had to personally seek out more responsibility from PI in an effort to work on more interesting parts of the project
