    Pros

    there is only 1 pro and that is the fact that you are at home sometimes

    Cons

    driving like a truck driver, the company still acts unethically, low pay for the service/sales job, company states on their webpage that they are keeping sales/service separate and that's far from the truth, the company gets annoyed if you dont want to be a salesman, company still facing federal indictment,

    Advice to Management

    THIS IS TO PAUL NICK!!!!!!!!!!! If you want this company to ever see the light of day bring in someone who has no dealings with the company in an effort to address the one thing that is plaguing this company and has been since 1999 and that's UNETHICAL MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!

    Pros

    Being able to work and build relationships with healthcare professionals, certain (maybe former now) individuals in management, flexibility in schedule

    Cons

    Other that one has already been said 100x on here, the Volkes family continues to run this company. There is so much flub at the top that they have had to let go great assets (employees) to sustain the enormous salary the "Executive Team" earns. We are talking hundred's of thousands of dollars for VP roles that do zero for the company...literally ZERO.

    Advice to Management

    Stop with the ridiculous lawsuits and restraining orders against former employees. It was YOU that ruined their livelihood so you could have another house in Vermont or a new boat. How does a company facing huge fines, a loss of 80% of their business, and no future afford to keep dishing out lawsuit after lawsuit to stop those who broke their backs for you??? Every week I hear of a former colleague being let go - talented...

    I worked at Guaranteed Returns for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Used to be alright. You could do your job and not have too many issues aside from the random freak outs/ power trips by "region managers" (who are mostly just pharmacy techs and secretaries that have no leadership, management or sales experience to speak of). You could usually wrap up your day by 3pm so that was nice.

    Cons

    as mentioned by others, payroll frequently screws up- swapping peoples pay, "forgetting" to pay, looking for any excuse to short you, only paying you when credits come in even though they take their money up front, etc... The owners pulled an office space/ superman 3 scam and got caught. The Company is facing over 200 million in fines directly and another 500 million in personal fines for the owners. Hard to see...

    Pros

    Used to be a good paying job that you could wiggle loose some free time from every now and then. Basically, you did your job and got paid a fair amount.

    Cons

    Oh geeze, where to begin...? You could never trust them to get payroll right ("accidentally" forgot my commission at least once a year, refused to fix even the most blatant errors in their systems, refused to provide reports justifying their calculations) then the owner was indicted for grand theft so a bunch of guys who were pharmacy techs, secretaries and accountants seized control and have taken this giant ship of...

    Advice to Management

    Stop lying to the employees/ contractors (what a joke that is), and sell it to someone who knows what they are doing. Your warehouse workers could do a better job than you bumbling idiots.
