I have been working at Guaranteed Returns full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Freedom of running your own territory without management constantly breathing down your neck. I'm sure people know exactly what I mean with other companies. Plus you can earn conservatively 60-90k+ total depending on how many accounts you sign up. It's unlimited. And they usually start you out with accounts so your not starting with zero. You also don't have to sell floor mats or other crap that other competitors want you to sell for the salesman and Guaranteed Returns pays you a lot more money.

    Cons

The ex-CEO had some legal troubles a few years ago which has been all worked out. It was a tough thing to go through as a company and we lost some business but we're back with new CEO and getting back our lost business. I'm actually making more money now than I did before. Gave 4 stars because of the legal troubles we had to endure but for a new employee it will be fine. The hard times are over.

I worked at Guaranteed Returns full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone is very friendly, management is amazing and they're always there to help,
And there was always opportunities to learn more within the company. I enjoyed my time with this company and although I had to leave if I could ever go back I probably would take that opportunity.

    Cons

I don't have any bad words against Guaranteed Returns, although I haven't worked there for as long as most I never had any problems with management or other workers there.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I worked at Guaranteed Returns full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

They were convicted on all counts of fraud, money laundering, racketeering, conspiracy, etc... Takes skill to go 74/74. That's some grade A criminal activity. Maybe they'll get their own American Greed episode?

    Cons

With the owners facing a probable $500 million dollar fine and the company itself facing a $250 million dollar fine, it seems disingenuous at best for the company to keep telling employees and customers they have a long term plan. They will be done as soon as the sentencing happens.

    Advice to Management

Watch the rats jump from the sinking ship. Will Paul Nick go down with the Volkes family or will he have sense to run too?

    Pros

I've been with the company for 7 years now. I started in Processing and was promoted to Customer Service Rep. I enjoy working here and the people I work with. Management is very good to me and they are always there for us when needed. I know I can count on them.

    Cons

I have nothing negative to say about the company or management.

    Pros

The company and the family that runs it (minus one simple minded sibling) were all found guilty of 60+ federal crimes by a jury of their peers. Competition will run them out of town in no time. I would say the acting CEO is a good guy, but it's clear the crooked family is still running the company as information is passed through the one sibling who wasn't smart enough to be included in the fraud scheme to begin with.

    Cons

Theft, fraud, lies, the list goes on and on. We can now add fake company reviews in a weak attempt at damage control. They could at least be creative and change them up a bit, but then again, they weren't smart enough to properly dispose of hard drives(nice work former CFO), so why should they be expected to get creative with positive reviews.

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes and embrace the hard reality that guilty is guilty. No marketing campaign is going to overcome the fact that you lied to and stole from customers and employees for many years.

I worked at Guaranteed Returns (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company was convicted of ALL 64 felonies! Nice job!

    Cons

If you read Guaranteed Returns' response to Burlington VT below, they state that Dean Volkes, the former CEO who was convicted of almost 60 felonies, has not been involved with the company in over 2 years. What they do NOT say is that he is still the sole owner of Guaranteed Returns. Does anybody really believe he is no longer involved with the company?

    Advice to Management

Seek counseling for your pathological lying.

    Pros

There is nothing good to report about the this company

    Cons

Please be aware, this company and it's CEO were recently convicted of 64 counts of fraud and money laundering. It is a terrible place to work. There is no moral left among any of their employees. Some current employees were told recently that the future is bleak. Sentencing is later in the summer, and one can only assume that they will lose all of their licensing. If you want any credibility in the business stay far, far away.

    Advice to Management

For those that aren't going to prison, dust off your resumes.
