    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Guaranteed Returns full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Some good coworkers. Personally I think, aside from that - few good things

    Cons

Low pay - insurance very expensive - Very little room for promotion.

    Advice to Management

In my opinion, treat your employees better. Get rid of some managers. Way too many for the amount of work available

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Guaranteed Returns full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The upper management is always striving to improve. What started out as a 44-count federal indictment for (among other things) stealing $116 million dollars from customers, mail fraud, wire fraud, lying to federal agents, obstruction of justice. etc. etc. has blossomed into a 64- count indictment and they're up to $180 million dollars. Congratulations!

    Cons

They probably won't pass Bernie Madoff now that they've been caught. Another 10 years or so, and they would have done it. Aw shucks.

    Advice to Management

How do you give advice to the people who thought they knew everything?
