    Pros

    SCHEDULE WAS A LITTLE FLEXIBLE

    Cons

Horrible horrible dispatcher who is unprofessional and just all out in appropriate. She thought she ran the world. They need a new perspective on what it takes to be a good dispatcher.

    Advice to Management

very very unprofessional, never got out on time, very un appreciative to your employees. You all need to take a class on how to treat your employees and the dispatcher is horrible! I work for the hospital now and it is such a load off my back to work with real professionals.
