    Pros

if you work as a home health aide than id bet youre in this to help the individuals, and that is a reward in itself.

    Cons

all day youre cleaning, assisting in using the lavratory, bathing, WITH ZERO APPRICIATION FROM THE COMPANY. forced to work weekends and holidays. THE PAY IS TERRIBLE.

    Advice to Management

my advice to managment is to pay more attention, and give more recognition to your emplyees. quit sitting in you 12x12 office all day ignoring phone calls and pushing work on your employees who make peanuts. pay more than 40 cents per mile for those who driver their patients all over gods creation, and PAY MORE overall. were caring for LIVES, not live STOCK. ( oh wait i think they make MORE!)

    Pros

There are plenty of extra hours to work over. Mainly because of such a high turn-over rate. Equal pay because every get peanuts. No micro-management, unless they are looking for any reason to fire you.

    Cons

Low pay. Administrators really don't care care about clients needs and wants. They wont even take they time to learn their names. They only care about how much money clients brings in from ssi.

    Advice to Management

Most of the staff is Black. Most of the administrators are White. Lose the plantation mentality.
