    Only con is the work schedules.

    I have been working at Guardian Protection full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Great coworkers and supervisors. Everyone is really nice and welcoming. Benefits are good and there is an on site gym and locker room.

    Cons

    Not enough training or support. You try to call other departments and they don't want to take the call. Help Desk are always on calls so you can't get help when you need it. Its overwhelming. Management has no idea what the job is like. They care more about the numbers then employees. We get back to back calls and all management says is to go faster. Quality cares more about asking for an email than having a good interaction and they contradict themselves. Pay isn't worth it.

    I have been working at Guardian Protection full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    They really appreciate your hard work. It’s also very hands on training, so some computer knowledge and call center experience will definitely put you at an advantage. Management truly cares and will make sure you have a hand in succeeding. This also comes with working hard to take care of the customers. There is also incentives to continue to do well and tons of resources to help you gain knowledge on the job. Wonderful PTO, health care benefits, along with retirement, life insurance, and short term disability.

    Cons

    The pay could be better. Lots of management changes currently, causing a little bit of turbulence with the departments.

    Trainers are the best part of the company!

    Company does not allow enough time of your day to call back your call backs...very stupid!

    Pros

    Managers- Best management I've ever seen. You actually like your managers here Benefits- Good insurance and sick/PTO days Atmosphere- very laid back. No micromanagement, nice desks, lunches and special planned fun events

    Cons

    Customer service job is horrible. You get stuck doing every departments job and they will purposely just send people to customer service because they don't want to deal with it. Horrible communication between other departments. QA- their QA is disturbing. They expect a lot and always have criticism even when you get passing scores. Very discouraging environment. Nothing is ever good enough Lack of help- you are discouraged from transferring to any TLs. Wait times are long for other departments and if their wait is too long, you get stuck having to call customers back Negative job- you are being yelled at on a frequent basis for third party company issues and techs who don't show up and not even being able to help a customer. Too overwhelming for pay

    People were great. Training was exceptional. Gave every employee plenty of room to advance if they wanted.

    Cons

    Call centers in general are miserable places to work. This was no different.

    Pros

    Guardian has an enthusiastic training team and adequate training program. For the most part an enthusiastic workforce. Provides good wages and benefits.

    Cons

    Guardian watches every minute of the day you are with them and has a very strict performance quota. Even though they say it are flexible and will work with each individuals learning speed.
