I worked at Guild Mortgage full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Well known and reputable. various loan programs , onsite underwriting and processing. onsite closers and funders.

    Cons

No computer training program provided and no local support system. Communication lacks in every aspect of job. If you don't already know when, where and how to go get business or market yourself in any way then it will be extremely difficult to stay on and grow.

I worked at Guild Mortgage full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I did eventually get paid for the majority of the my loans.

    Cons

The non forgivable draw put me in a real bind as it too 60 days plus for loans to close. I need a paycheck w/YTD amount for a new employer as well as being paid on a loan. My realtor is upset that they charged 3% + in Origination Pts and will not even respond to me if I will be paid or not.
