    Generally salaries are higher than market but typical hire and fire policy

    Cons

    Unstable management. Probably the 6th CEO in the last 7 years

    Run more professionally

    1. Experienced senior Management team
    2. Customer focused
    3. Diverse customers and fastest growing bank in kuwait

    Cons

    Hierarchical org. structure
    Too much internal paper work
    Less employee friendly loan policies

    Advice to Management

    Restructure org structure.. make it flat with less hierarchy. Migrate all approvals to electronic or over email vs physical paper signature. Improve employee engagement and career progression/ coaching.

    Very flexible compared to other banks like NBK in
    - working hours and lateness
    - making errors and layoffs
    - quality management

    Cons

    Less professional in management level
    Hard to move between departments
    Do not take your degree in consideration (highschool, College diploma, bachelor's degree all the same in grades and development)

    Focus on people with good qualifications and skills rather than hiring anyone applies to you to fill the gap.

    Great team to be part of, very laid back culture and good working hours.

    Cons

    Little prospects to grow, allot of red tape and share new ideas and limited benefit packages.

    Advice to Management

    Include a greater responsibility to more junior members of the bank. Develop social events amongst employees to allow to meet and introduce one another.

    Pros

    Ambiance and Brand Name are much of a significant mark of this organisation with a large reputation in the market.

    Cons

    Mis-communication between superior managers and subordinates. The fact that disqualified employees with connections and no academic qualifications are given preference over others.
