    Excellent team to work with, outstanding leadership from the Management Leads; good facilities, very good balance work-personal life, good pay, good benefits.

    No long term job expectations for some disciplines.

    Good Old boy atmosphere, Lack of leadership and management, no performance review in 3 years, no raises

    Advice to Management

    Put experienced and professional management in place, establish an annual performance review that is company wide, consistent quality is better than consistent faces

    Company has become a body shop - you get to keep your paycheck.

    Cons

    Company marks up your salary to clients who have real projects. Seconding is the rule.

    Pros

    Lots of opportunities to work on different projects & gain experience.

    Cons

    Very stereotypical engineering & design firm with "grey hair" syndrome. They might be charging you as a senior or principal engineer to the clients but would not give you an opportunity to move up the ladder until you have a predetermined unmentioned years of experience.

    Advice to Management

    Need to move on to 21st century work place management practices.

    Overwhelming amount of relatives and friends, and friends ' friends, and so on

    Stop hiring useless sons (boys) and focus on professional selection

    Family oriented, Everyone is very nice.

    Cons

    low pay, low bonus, high insurance cost and they used to have more employee activities but they have cut down a lot.

    Need to give more to employees.
