I worked at Gulf Shores Restaurant and Grill full-time

    Pros

There is a huge opportunity to make some money here. Staff can be cool as long as you can become friends with them. There is a lot of flexibility to trade shifts and pick up shifts pretty easily.

    Cons

Getting fired from this place is super easy. They'll place bets on you to see how long you'll last if you aren't fitting in with the crowd. Life can be hell if you aren't getting along with people....I guess that goes for anywhere. If you happen to not be able to make connections with at least a few people on staff, chances are you'll lose your job for some reason or another. I saw probably five people get fired... in the time I worked there. A very large portion of the clientele can tip poorly and can be rude. It can be hard to deal with but then again that can go for anywhere as well. Sales usually are good anyway. I averaged %18 during my time there.
