    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Compensation is aggressive and can be attractive in this middle market boutique investment banking firm in Houston Texas. Offices are very large.

    Cons

Long hours, long long long long hours. Is there anything else to say really? This is a complete sweatshop at times.

    Advice to Management

Try to invest in your talent and don't be afraid of promoting people who are key performers. Lack of positive feedback in the office is a problem.
