I worked at Gulfstream full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Benefits and competitive pay based on merit. Two time a year you get incentive bonuses. Very friendly place to work.

    Cons

Very fast paced! Sometime too much overtime.. but hey what's bad abt that? Too much management and between people to deal with.. if they could cut that down it would be even more awesome..

    Advice to Management

Listen to your skilled workers, 90 percent management and 10 percent knowledge does not make you an effective manager..
