I have been working at Gwinnett Health System full-time

    Pros

Still trying to figure that out. Oh, free flu shots! (Lol)

    Cons

Where do I begin. There's no system of checks and balances when it comes to upper mngmnt. Lots of bullying and intimidation from supervisors because many subordinates don't know their rights. When the "stuff" hits the fan all hell's gonna break loose! There's a revolving door might I add.

    Advice to Management

Stay in your lane and learn how to be a true manager. Apparently, they think the title means, "Be afraid of me, I can get you fired". NEXT! Let adults that know how to do their jobs do em'. And...thank you.

    Pros

Took this full time job after I graduated since I couldn't find a job at first. Great atmosphere and coworkers. Fairly easy, not stressful, and you leave your work at the office.

    Cons

The work is fairly easy, although the lower you are on the totum pole the more work you have. Can be stressful and sometimes patients are not patient at all.

    Advice to Management

    pay your workers more
