    The staff is super friendly and acommodating to new RNs
    Smaller ER than some of the others in the area
    Loved management

    Cons

    Base pay is great, but NO WEEKEND DIFF??? Required 3rd weekend.
    Two year contract
    Benefits are ok

    PAY, the amount of time in advance needed to submit PTO requests, RNs not guaranteed a lunch break every shift.

    Pros

    Professional Environment. Team work oriented. Clean hospital. Seen many lives saved by the staff.

    Cons

    Small cafeteria. PRN Nurses cant get a raise and pay is always the same .The only difference in PRN pay is determined by rather you are a level B or C .

    Advice to Management

    Stop showing distinctions among RNs by making them wear badges that details their degree type. Treat all RNs equally rather they have an ADN or BSN.

    Advice to Management

    Treat all your employees with care
    Pay attention to how your staff responds to supervisors. They should be more attentive and helpful to nurses.
