I have been working at Gwynedd-Mercy full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Very small and personal
Staff and faculty know you and greet you
    Starting salary is fairly good
    Location is excellent

School policies are often reactive and behind the curve set by other schools
Underachieving employees are not punished, overachieving employees are not rewarded

    Advice to Management

Giving raises to individual departments, rather than the entire school, will raise employee morale and make us more interested in working hard.
