    Pros

Great people! Very welcoming and exemplify great commitment to the company!
Values in the environment, community service, and the people aspect of the company made working here exciting!

    Cons

Company was in a midst of some shifts that documentation organization could be better.
A smaller company; therefore, sometimes difficult to get a hold of someone because many people travel.

    Pros

One of the best companies to work for. They actually care about employees, and treat every single one with respect. Good benefits, good pay, and vacation. One of the best facility managers I have ever worked for.

    Cons

There is really nothing bad to say about the company. Maybe they could make hiring process a little more quicker.

I worked at H.B. Fuller full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly, down-to-earth, laid back, and supportive co-workers and managers. Great opportunity to learn new things. I was given a mentor and the opportunity to take on new and rewarding responsibilities. The hours were great and the pay and benefits were above average.

    Cons

None. My only reason for leaving was that I had strong ambitions to have a leadership role in research and, although I was definitely given the opportunity to grow there, I knew I would need more relevant higher education if I wanted such a leadership role.

    Advice to Management

Couldn't really ask for much more. My manager was even supportive when I told him I planned to leave to go to graduate school (and said yes to a letter of recommendation).
