    Pros

People are friendly and its a great industry. Industry seems to thrive even in recession conditions. They're are all sort of goodies to be had as this is a Baked goods company and employees can buy at wholesale prices.

    Cons

The workload is heavy in my area. Need more hands on deck. Would like to have more development opportunities available.

    Advice to Management

Bring in some additional resources in the groups. The current staff in some areas are over worked.
This does not apply company wide. I believe that the additonal resources would bring about better proformance results.

    Pros

HC Brill provided opportunities for young as well as seasoned professionals. Some team players within the organization that were willing to assist in growth and development.

    Cons

Company is growing through new business as well as acquisitions. Merger process created additional workload (excess) work for current staff.

    Advice to Management

Better plan how mergers will be incorporated with exixting business. Everyone needs to be on the same page with the overall goal of the company.
