    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at H.C. Starck full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Pay is good but does not make up for the poor management and low moral.

    Cons

Coldwater MI Facility - Management has changed multiple times over the last few years. Company owned by investment bank and only has eye on the bottom line due to high debt. Used to be a fun family place to work now is all about money and upper management. Bad place to work

    Advice to Management

Pick a plan and strategy and stick with it. The current way of having a different strategy each day is not working.

    Pros

The pay is above average. The benefits are good. Close proximity to Hwy 90 makes the location easily accessible.

    Advice to Management

Create a clear vision for the company and at least pretend you are employee-friendly.
