    I have been working at H&M full-time

    Pros

You receive an amazing amount of training and feedback when first promoted or hired, and it continues as development into your next role. Compensation is high for retail and benefits are top notch.

    Cons

Work-life balance can be stressful, and sometimes you will close and be at the store until 11 pm and have to be back at 6 am for another 9 hour shift.

    Advice to Management

Allow 1-2 weekends off per month, as well as adequate time in between shifts. Evaluate store managers to make sure they are developing their staff in positive ways.
