    I worked at H&M part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This is a very good company to work at in the retail arena. The managers are dedicated to helping you grow as long as you are vocal about your goals. The workplace functions are very organized and they give detailed training to ensure you start out on the right foot!

Also, your birthday is a paid holiday which is nice.

    Cons

Very very very fast paced work environment, especially the 6 am shifts. Also it takes a long time to move up within the company and if you have to change locations if you want to take on a higher position (supervisor, manager, visual merchandiser).

    Pros

Great employee discount ! Lots of contests and events for employees. Amazing discount on their designer collabs !

    Cons

Managers are terrible and power hungry. Be prepared to never get any sleep thanks to their scheduling. One shift will be 8-5pm then they will ask you to come in overnight 1am-10am when you just left work at 5pm. Its insane. The customers are rude and the fitting rooms are filthy.
