    I worked at H&M part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Cool discount that applies to sale items, can use coupons in conjunction.

    Cons

Full time is considered a promotion and depending on the location you work at the the sales of that store only a certain number of full time positions available. At the location I worked at 90% of the employees were lazy entitled college brats with no motivation or work ethic. Managers hide in the back office and do as little as humanly possible, supervisors abuse their position and find way to pass their work onto other employees. The work is easy but mindless and monotonous.

    I have been working at H&M part-time

    Pros

    - Coworkers are the best.
    - Values are high and match mine.
    - Fun job in general if you like customer service and if you're patient.
    - Easy to get a grip of.
    - Benefits are good, even when you're only part time.

    Cons

No cons so far, I just feel that the work place really depends on the management. If the management if good, (like most of mine) you will have an awesome time working there!

    Advice to Management

Do not be biased against other employees. My work is sometimes overlooked, but I guess that's how it always is due to accountability issues. There also tends to be miscommunication often.

    Pros

    Cons

Same cons as any other retail job. Customers can be very demanding

    Advice to Management

Listen to new talent, they have some of the best ideas and concepts
