Cons
(Con) Since the company is older, there are some processes that need to change. (Pro) Management is very aware of these changes and strive to work on them.

Willing to get you started in the industry with out having experience. Awesome employee's. Decent pay. Newer equipment.
Cons
Decent pay always can use more and be paid better. Maintenance with your truck is hard to get the simple stuff fixed. Benifits are ok but the waiting periods are to long. Have to sing a 1 year contract when hired. If terminated for any reason during that 1 year you must pay them $1000

Pros
Hadco does really well at keeping its people busy. They don't seem to lay off an they work a lot through the winter. Also they are trying to better themselves by doing leadership trainings for managers, superintendents, and foremen. Wages went up to meet market demands. They have an electronic timecard that will be nice when all the bugs are worked out. They are also purchasing a lot of new equipment right now.
Cons
They have a lot of the same issues most construction companies have: bosses that yell, miscommunication or lack of communication, people being told to do one thing by one person, then another way by another person, etc. But Hadco is trying to fix these problems. They expect a lot of hours Hadco Time has a lot of bugs The biggest con for me is the price of healthcare insurance. The company should help out it's employees by paying more of the premium. It is currently way too high
