Pros
There is a family environment here at Hadco. I know that my peers/management care about my growth within the company. I feel like there are many opportunities for anyone to learn more skills and grow in the company.
Cons
(Con) Since the company is older, there are some processes that need to change. (Pro) Management is very aware of these changes and strive to work on them.

Pros
Willing to get you started in the industry with out having experience. Awesome employee's. Decent pay. Newer equipment.
Cons
Decent pay always can use more and be paid better. Maintenance with your truck is hard to get the simple stuff fixed. Benifits are ok but the waiting periods are to long. Have to sing a 1 year contract when hired. If terminated for any reason during that 1 year you must pay them $1000

Pros
You have a great support team and can ask any questions at any time. Everyone here is a pleasure to work with. This is an ever evolving company. I normally do not write reviews about anything, even food. Hadco has shown me a side of business I have not seen in my 25 years of experience. The owner, this man puts so much energy into knowing, understanding and personally educating his employees. I am grateful for this opportunity and encourage seeking employment here.
Cons
Cons... I really can't think of any.

Hadco is a great place to work. The work is challenging and the work culture is fun and competitive.
Cons
The pay isn't keeping up with the cost of living.

Pros
Flexible schedule, competitive pay, amazing management, family environment
Cons
This is hard work. Not that it is a con generally. But some people don't understand the amount of hard work needed everyday.

Pros
Hadco is a great company to work for! I've worked there for almost 5 years and have had a lot of opportunities for growth and development in my career. The people are great, and they take care of their employees. I applied for an entry level position and was given the opportunity to take on something more challenging. Since then, I've been given the opportunity to move up in the company to a management position. I've seen a lot of employees at Hadco given opportunities for growth like I was. I enjoy coming to work because I feel like I am treated well, and I really do enjoy the people and the culture at Hadco!
Cons
I don't see this as a con, but some people might: you do have to be willing to work very hard in any position at Hadco, that is part of the culture there.

Pros
I Have Worked For Hadco Construction For Almost 10 Years. I Stay At Hadco Because They Take Care Of Their Employees. I Started Out As An Truck Driver And Have Worked Up To Management And Now Dispatch And Logistics. Hadco Is A Large Company But They Still Really Care About Their Employees. This Is A Great Place To Work, And If You Are Willing To Work, You Will Be Rewarded
Cons
You have to be willing to work, if your just looking for an easy paycheck this is not the place for you

Cons
Can be stressful at times with how much is being constructed right now.
