Pros
Good hours, equipment is pretty good if you have earned it. You will be given the tools for a job and all safety equipment
Cons
Unfair expectations, yearly bonus is small after the owner talks about the 100+ million dollars the company made each year. Benefits are expensive

Pros
There is a family environment here at Hadco. I know that my peers/management care about my growth within the company. I feel like there are many opportunities for anyone to learn more skills and grow in the company.
Cons
(Con) Since the company is older, there are some processes that need to change. (Pro) Management is very aware of these changes and strive to work on them.

- 5.0Dec 13, 2020Class A Truck Driver- LocalCurrent Employee, less than 1 yearLehi, UT
Pros
Willing to get you started in the industry with out having experience. Awesome employee's. Decent pay. Newer equipment.
Cons
Decent pay always can use more and be paid better. Maintenance with your truck is hard to get the simple stuff fixed. Benifits are ok but the waiting periods are to long. Have to sing a 1 year contract when hired. If terminated for any reason during that 1 year you must pay them $1000

Pros
You have a great support team and can ask any questions at any time. Everyone here is a pleasure to work with. This is an ever evolving company. I normally do not write reviews about anything, even food. Hadco has shown me a side of business I have not seen in my 25 years of experience. The owner, this man puts so much energy into knowing, understanding and personally educating his employees. I am grateful for this opportunity and encourage seeking employment here.
Cons
Cons... I really can't think of any.
