Good company but poor top level buy-in
Apr 6, 2015 - in Erlanger, KYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Recently purchased by a well known international MRO. Has a lot of potential for growth and maturity. Has a lot of "low hanging fruit" and is big on promoting from within.
Cons
No pay scale. Upper level management has a low level of buy-in to continuous improvement program. Also has a feel of 'good ole boy' network (which is fairly common in aviation.

Pros
Christmas party and picnic. Above min. wage
Cons
Upper Management are like bullies on the playground and push their power around, Because they are upper management after all. They can really make or break you, be careful of the toes you step on. They just really mean people and bottom line only care about themselves.

Toxic Work Culture,
Jul 9, 2021 - Program Procurement Agent in Greensboro, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Fast paced, good experience with a global company.
Cons
Management has a bad habit of hiring friends from their previous stops and give each other promotions. The only people that get promotions or raises are upper management. Layoffs occur at least once per year.

Pros
Lots of over time so you could make as much money as you wanted.
Cons
Very understaffed. Upper Management expected the workers to perform miracles getting planes out on time. Never gave raises.

Not worth it!!!
Apr 8, 2016 - Production Controller in Macon, GARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Honestly I can't think of one.....
Cons
The pay sucks especially for all the work they expect from one person alone. Upper management needs to be replaced. It's so funny how the ones who actually work hard are the ones who get treated like crap and the ones who barely do anything will take over an hour for lunch breaks without anything being said to them about it. Another thing that bothered me was how the so called Leads and supervisors would stay 15 minutes over (NOT TO WORK MAY I ADD) their clock out time and would get paid over time for that an extra hour. If I were to have done that I would have had a bad clock violation.....

Avoid at all costs
Apr 3, 2016 - Mechanical Design Engineer in Wallburg, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Not even one to speak of.
Cons
If I could give zero stars, i would. An absolute joke of a place to work at. Astoundingly toxic and horrible working environment, and colleagues had no idea what they were doing. Upper management and human resources take advantage of you to the maximum. The HR here would just lie to you and turn their backs on their words. Avoid this place at all costs.
