    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at HAKS Engineers full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people, and that's about it. If it weren't for the people this position would be unbearable. That's all I got.

    Cons

Poor top management. There is no incentive to do your job well because you will receive no raises, promotions or a simple "great job" from any of your superiors.

    Advice to Management

    Get it together.

    Pros

The company genuinely cared about their employees. It's hard to find that in this day and age.

I honestly can't think of any cons after working with the company for over 5 years

    Pros

    Breakfast on Fridays is decent

    Cons

Make a lot of promises but do not follow through. Do not pay what was promised. No room for growth. If you volunteer once, get ready for your new role as cleaning person/ slave....use and abuse!!!!

    Advice to Management

    Step up

    Pros

    Above average salaries
    Flexibility
    Good 401K plan

    Cons

Like the tittle says, there's little to no growing opportunities in certain departments, also, the people in management positions seem to be a little disconnected from the lower tier positions they manage.

I worked at HAKS Engineers full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Aggressive minority firm with strong talented staff. Committed to the service provided. Expanding into several adjacent states and growth in company size.

    Cons

The services provided has been reduced to inspection. Design and construction management was eliminated. As an architect, I was left without activities unless I trained for inspection.
