    Advice to Management

Hire and develop good executives instead of spending money on consultants. Worry more about the people and future of the company than milestones and bonuses. Empower the people instead of practicing micro-management. And quit covering up market share losses and declining profits by merging and acquiring. Understand the folly and absurdity of thinking off-shoring is really cheaper in the long run.
