Pros
There’s nothing positive about working here. Managers belittle you. You’re promised a promotion or raise which never happened. Don’t even bother taking a break because you’re expected to be on phones at all times.
Cons
I have serious PSTD from working here. Managers made you feel stupid and it’s such a toxic environment.
