    I have been working at HCBR Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Management is consistently looking to make the right changes to improve not only the client experience, but the employee experience as well. HCBR Group is full of potential and improving day in and day out. The sky is the limit as to where this could lead my career with the growth potential they have.

    Cons

    To be a part of their team, you must be able to quickly adapt to change and be a team player. If not, then this agile & progressive company would not be a fit.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to make the employees at HCBR Group a part of the decision making process. Our input and advice is extremely valuable being the end users.

    I worked at HCBR Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Employees under management and mid level managers work great together.

    Cons

    Promises of better benefits, raises, and 401k plans are always in the works, but never transpire. And raises are generally replaced with giving out titles. So if that's important to you, then this is your place! And monthly bonuses may be discussed once your in the door, but no such bonuses or actual conversations on the topic ever transpire and are forgotten. And your 90 day review, is more like 7 months out, and was...

    Advice to Management

    Understand "blunt and frank" is not the same as being "truthful and honest", because eventually everyone gets to the truth. So don't over embellish things. Be honest when asked a question. Don't confuse "passion" with "experience" or an excuse, to dismiss other voices on your staff, as negative. It all starts at the top. So keep your door open and listen, rather then pretend too, or blame others as the problem.

    Pros

    Will provide training if necessary for your job. Good place to gain experience.

    Cons

    Formerly "Services Inc Solutions" - they changed their name because of their bad reputation. Management doesn't seem to know what the direction is best for the company. They have changed their focus 3 times in the past year. Management needs leadership courses. Management lacks professional courtesy and people skills. Management hired a sales team that underperformed and subsequently had to let service-staff go. Lied...

    Advice to Management

    Be courtesy, respectful, and loyal to employees and employees will be loyal to you and give their all to make the company successful. Make a plan, set goals, stick to and measure those goals.
