    I worked at HCR ManorCare full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    No pros, nobody care about employees.

    Cons

    This place is perfect to lose the License, no body care the staff or patients, the only thing that they care is the MONEY, they are alway short in staff, there no supplies for wound, salary is ridiculous, is stressful, overwhelming. I do not recommend this place either for work and patients.

    Benefits & Manager were great! Difficult to maintain staffing when you aren’t backed with the tools and support for building staff retention.

    Cons

    Corporation/facility treats people as spots filled and not appreciating quality with loyalty.

    Building on quality people to make quality assets to build success and rewarding that quality with loyalty will help build retention, quality, and improve quality.

    I have been working at HCR ManorCare full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Manor Care is great company that values its employees and is very supportive. The company has an open door policy, supports its employees in their growth with tuition loan repayments if hired and remain full time. All in all its benefits are great and would encourage if employed by the company that you take full advantage.

    Cons

    Not being able to accomplish your duties in the time selected and being asked to get off the clock on time.

    Advice to Management

    It would be great if the company would pay for education when one is starting than after. Going back to school is a great financial undertaking for employees with families. Staff accordingly to patients acuity and needs.
