I worked at HDA part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get to decide if you can work at certain locations or not. Flexible hours as long as the jobs get done between certain times and nobody breathes down your back. The hourly rate was alright which was $11.50.

    Cons

It's only part time. Wear and tear on the vehicle if you drive long distance so it's best to accept the ones that are closer to you.

    Advice to Management

Hope it's still a joyful company to work for because last time I worked for the company, it was great.

I have been working at HDA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I enjoyed the culture of the company which was laid back. I developed a great relationship with my manager and eventually found a new revenue source that made a challenging job complete.

    Cons

There was very little training and I described this operation as dysfunctional which it was. The company lost a prime opportunity after developing a financial crisis which it couldn't overcome.

    Advice to Management

Hopefully something was learned as a result of the blindside that was delivered to the former employees after 30 years of operation. Great opportunity lost!
