I worked at HDFC Bank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Structured company, Brand Name, Ethical company

    Cons

Visibility will remain an issue your supervisors will take the reward for your hard work
Its a company of sycophants and if you are not good at it you will not grow
Work life balance will be nil
you will be underpaid as per industry standards

    Advice to Management

keep sycophants away, provide good work life balance, distribute the profit in a judicial manner don't let only senior and middle management to chop off all the cream

    Pros

    Cons

Job uncertainty. Bad hr policies, high cost cutting and more burden on employees, unethical language used by senior to get their work done, employee abused daily no work life balance psychological pressure from senior management on bottom most work force job cutting. this year incentives and hike has not been given to staff no promotions seen for old staff and staff being pressurised to leave their job on account of cost cutting over all grace of this bank is declining

    Advice to Management

Pls Consider to be an employee friendly organisation rather then trying to become a share holder friendly organisation

    Pros

    1.The brand name
    2.On time salary
3.Good working environment (I mean the premises not people)

    Cons

One of the worst company i have ever worked with. U have to do anything for sales. Sometimes u have to put your own money to buy a product (insurance, sip, demat for friend, ) to show the sales count otherwise they will screw you.
U shud be ready to hear all the negative words, harsh words in the morning itself in a meeting
U should burry your integrity and self respect in order to complete your target.
Never ever join , specially in a banking sales industry...not at all employee friendly...

    Advice to Management

    Advice...? It's literally waste..
