    Good exposure to technologies, should you want to learn. Decent benefits

    Corporate politics, no concern for employees, boss driven culture, higher ups don't know what they manage

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees well and with respect. The higher ups don't know what they manage and how to.

    Transfer is easy

    No work life balance
    Don't pay well (poor salary n growth)
    Hr policy is crap
    HR never take reviews from the employee
    Partial management system
    Ratings r fixed on d basis of face value
    Tremendous Pressure on operation staff leads to errors

    Advice to Management

    Make ur people grow..Make them happy by rewarding them n taking care of their needs.
    Proper training for new joinees and focus should be more on sales as every personal banker is a salesman eod

    Pros

    Develop strong CA/SA deposit size (Current and Savings a/c float) for the Branch.
    Relationship building with account holders and people concern, for selling third party products, e.g., Life insurance, Mutual Funds, General Insurance. All Type loans ,D mate account.

    Cons

    Achieve monthly branch assign target.
    Participating in sales, Promotional activities and coordinating with other related banking channels.

    >Very erratic and long work hours with insane time lost in meetings.
    >Unnecessary meetings and MIS which leads only towards wastage of time and energy

    Advice to Management

    apart from technology invest in human capital,treat staff as human beings and give some meaning and power to HR department who as nothing more than puppets and showpiece in the organisational structure.

    Risk and Audit review includes all India exposure, gives employees flexibility to move to other cities, employee gets to learn all processes.

    Lacks structured approach, no central approach in Training HR and MIS/Reporting.

    Advice to Management

    Management needs to look after employees for their all round development to move them towards leadership roles.

    Good brand and good pay.....but thats not all

    Cons

    Too much pressure...no understanding from senior management ...... No work life balance ......work even during mandatory leaves without comp off....i wud never recommend sm1 to join

    Pls just dont do meetings bring things up in action
