Great place to work IF you don't work for a complete unprofessional jerk

      Pros

Great benefits Great people Community outreach was rewarding Lunch and learns for those that want to expand their knowledge Never had a problem crossing over to other disciplines for help and or input

      Cons

No accountability for poor management/discipline leads. IT rolls down hill.. No mentoring for most. Some got special treatment/schooling and additional benefits. There was the "core" group of workers that did the majority of the work, crazy amounts of o.t. where others barely did 8 hours. Last minute emergencies (due to severe lack/epic fail of planning by discipline lead)

      Great Benefits but unorganized

      Pros

Great benefits including ESOP with growth. Great people on the local level to work with. Employee recognition program.

      Cons

A little unorganized as far as non local leadership. Ran like a large corporation so it was hard to move up.

      Pros

It's a good company with great people and I was sad to leave it.

      Cons

SPECIFIC TO MY TEAM ONLY: Toxic culture, ideas were only allowed to flow from the top down, culture of keep your head down and knock out tasks. Very little room for growth, development or opportunity.

      Some poor managers

      Pros

Great benefits. You can make it what you want by working hard and winning projects. Most employees are great people.

      Cons

We’ve had a couple of very bad managers. Regional managers would not address issues. These people were terrible and staff left in droves. One retired and one is being promoted to run an entire state operation! It’s like they are rewarding total narcissism and micromanagement skills.
