    Pros

Most of the employees are very lovely people.

    Cons

You will get pigeonholed if you don't forcefully prove yourself. Political. Repetitive. Non-creative, even on an art director level. Slow raises & same bonus every year no matter how hard you've worked. Bonus is also a part of your salary. So, if they say you'll start at 35K +bonus, you will take home 34k with a 1k bonus that is heavily taxed.

    Advice to Management

You know the strengths and weaknesses of each of your employees, build them up! Don't burnout the one or two good members of your team when everyone else could strive for better. Please stop the politcal banter—it not only slows down work,, but it destorys company & team moral.

I worked at HH Advertising full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The work can be fulfilling and is stable for the most part. Clear delineation of tasks and responsibilities - no one wears more than one hat and everyone knows what they need to do. Excellent work flow / process. Good work experience for those interested in a career in advertising - you'll get a feel for what it's like to have to meet big deadlines and how to handle them. Department heads for the most part are very knowledgeable and helpful.

    Cons

Favoritism very much exists. There's a need to almost constantly watch your back. The hours you have to put in before big presentations and pitches can be exhausting and punishing. During the off-season there can be a scary amount of downtime. Little room for advancement and you might feel like your creativity is being stifled. Upper management can be largely out of touch with most of the staff.

    Advice to Management

Think aside the box, put yourself in other people's shoes, listen to your employees, and look towards expanding your client base.
