Benefits, salary, growth and creating your own schedule when supported which was rare.
Cons
Overworked from the start, management is unprofessional and not supportive but this is my experience only at one property versus many other properties. This just happened to be my experience unfortunately. I had requested task force multiple times and was denied. My schedule was all over the place because our staff was constantly calling out and the turn over rate was phenomenal.
