    Great for single people.
    Learn a trade.
    Serve on operations

    Cons

    Complete lack of stability.
    No control over your future postings.

    Advice to Management

    People need to feel more valued for their roles at times. The whole process of postings needs a revamp and to be brought into the 21sr century.

    get to see the world, become highly qualified

    still stuck in the 18th century, once you leave the military you must take many other courses to civilianise your qualifications

    At the ground level and up there is generally a strong work ethic.

    Cons

    Hours very much out of your hands
    High numbers of bad management
    Management oversized and over staffed
    Travel
    Extracurricular activities are not as optional as is made out and effect your promotion prospects.

    Advice to Management

    Cut from the top. Your guys doing the job are overstretched and undermanned.
