    Pros

    Great for single people.
    Learn a trade.
    Serve on operations

    Cons

    Complete lack of stability.
    No control over your future postings.

    Advice to Management

    People need to feel more valued for their roles at times. The whole process of postings needs a revamp and to be brought into the 21sr century.

    Pros

    Good benefits. Good Comradeship. Plenty of opportunities for training and travel. Subsidised food and accommodation. Most units finish early on a Friday to permit travel home.

    Cons

    You can be deployed to dangerous areas. You will have to reside where you are posted which could be anywhere in the world, and may be apart from your family.

    Advice to Management

    Update your reporting and personnel management systems.

    Pros

    Development and learning new skills that most employment can't offer. You get to deploy all over the world in such a diverse employment.

    Cons

    Time away from family. Dangerous job with a huge amount of pressure when your doing it for real, but that's also comes with a plus which is huge job satisfaction.

    Excellent professional and personal development opportunities, encouraged to push yourself and provided with the required support to do so, roles can be very varied and very rewarding!

    Cons

    Required to move location based on job role, this can be challenging for families.

    Keep fit, tours, tour bonus, promotion (if you are a fit individual)

    Cons

    Away from home alot, unless married, not alot of say in how to manage your own time, holidays cant be booked until you know dates at last minute

    Good working hours, keeps you fit in work time

    Cons

    When getting ready to deploy, a lot of your time is spent away from your family, this is even before you deploy.

    More though required to bring down the night out off bed policy.

    Pros

    Seeing the world, excellent experiences, fantastic qualifications gained to back up the experience. Pay scales are extremely attractive with chances to earn more when working away from home

    Cons

    The only cons I can relay are that if you do t like working away from home then this isn't the job for you
