    I have been working at HOK full-time

    Pros

    Humanely shift hours - 40-45 hours a week. Flexible schedules. Small office locally with the benefits of the big corporation. Benefits such as insurance better than all my previous employers. Working compensation satisfactory.

    Cons

    Sometimes it gets too quite.

    Low compensation unless you can bring a lot of projects, Political, Salary employees do not get over time pay, Internal communication issues between offices

    Improve internal communications and set expectations at the beginning of a project, Put people in a right seat on a bus
