Additional compensation for accounts that are "saved". Most major holidays off. No micromanaging. Able to work from home.

Unable to take time off during peak time "September - March". As a billingual representative you only get paid $0.75 more than other reps but are taking more calls than others. No equipment is provided other than the phone you are using. No compensation for internet or electricity usage. No room for growth within the company.
