It used to be a pleasant place to work in but since the management changed it became very unpleasant. uncertain, things change and layoffs can happen any time. they are not very marketig oriented, don't have any good marketing going. they could be doing so much better. when I was there marketing was done very unprofessionally and when they did bring in a marketing manager and she started to do some things they cut her wings and very fast let her go.

Cons
Hidden corporate agenda with no honesty from the top. The top has no power to do anything it is all controlled by Japan next thing you know the new owners walk in and the old sneaks out. What a waste of time everyone just blowing smoke. I should have know when certain people left.
