    Pros

Full staff always available to answer detailed support questions for customers

    Cons

Downsized their company and laid off thousands in retail consumer product areas. Now they deal mostly with Enterprise level computing and printing solutions

    Advice to Management

Stay as professional as you always have been.

I worked at HP Products (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good Fmaily own company who will invest in employees and do what's best for your career. Big company feel but not a lot of red tape for some.

    Cons

Sold to larger company based out of the U.K. Family company went to a Fortune 500 one. Turnover in Managment happened.

    Advice to Management

Focus on your people, invest in them continuously and still try to act like a Fmaily company. Don't focus on accusations of current status of company is not great.

Company stability, hands on owners and solid management.

    Cons

Compensation, business model for new and existing customers.

    Advice to Management

New business is important but so is taking care of your existing customers. Their business model changed and we disagreed in this model.

    Cons

some departments are not held responsible for their mistakes. A few in management are unfair and pick favorites. Insurance terrible.

    Advice to Management

Watch the favortisim. Hold employees responsible, provide accurate training.

    Pros

extentive product mix; product specialists; large amount of available inventory; excellent vendor support, great distribution network; dedicated sales reps & drivers

    Cons

inconsistent business strategies; haphazard pricing policies; complex & ever-changing compensation plan for sales reps

    Advice to Management
