    Pros

    They care about there employees, The management will lead you down the path of success.

    Cons

    There internal systems tend to crash quite a bit. The leads are not always the best.

    Advice to Management

    Advocate for us about the leads and systems.

    Excellent place to work. HPO is fair minded and Brokers are treated well

    It's a job and you have to work at it.

    Sometimes management forgets that we are commission based and asks/requires our time in non production activities

    I worked at HPOne full-time

    Pros

    It was a fun place to work. The calls kept me on my toes and it was challenging.

    Cons

    The call volume didn't last long enough ,which caused me to get laid off

    Advice to Management

    Give new employees a chance to advance

    I worked at HPOne full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Bonuses and incentives were amazing. During AEP they would come down the aisle and give us lunch and dinner, snacks and drinks. Prizes for hitting sales goals were TVs, trips, grills, gift cards, drink makers, you name it.

    Cons

    I was told I would be trained on more opportunities after AEP, but was instead let go right after AEP ended, 12 days before Christmas. And I wasn't the only one. They cleared the sales floor of anyone that didn't quite make their goals. And my last check was a little lighter than I thought it should be.

    Advice to Management

    Stick to your word and let people at least finish out the month and try to finish up their business that they pushed off until after AEP. Also, thanks for making my kids' Christmas a hit this year!!

    Clean environment
    Entry level employees support eachother
    Hourly agents can dress casual
    Decent Supervisor incentive plan

    Cons

    Gendered based leadership
    Lacks communication and development of it employees
    Senior management is misleading and lacks accountbility
    Cookie cutter program training

    Advice to Management

    Senior Leadership: Lead by exsmple and stand behind those that support you
    Support role: Ask question, don't "go with the flow". Protect your human assets
    Training: Invest in a training platform/curriculum and hire competent trainers. Hold trainers accountable

    Loved working here. Great group of people who want to see you learn and grown during your time here. Great hours, I never had to work past 5pm.

    Pros

    The day I walked out.

    Cons

    I have never worked for a worst company in my life! RUN....and I mean RUN from this place, they all come from a company they ran in the ground and had to close! there isn't enough time or space to go over how badly this place is! The only reason I gave one star is because I had to.

    Advice to Management

    Hire people who didn't cause another company to go under. this place is the worst!
