    I have been working at HR Footprints full-time

    Pros

    On-site management care about the employees.

    Cons

    It's a start-up company so things change daily. Questions are slow to get answered if answered at all. Corporate doesn't understand manufacturing process and can be difficult to deal with.

    Advice to Management

    Learn the manufacturing side of the business. Take advice from knowledgeable on-site manufacturing team.
