I worked at HR Green full-time

    Pros

Very few, too short a list to mention.

    Cons

This company has huge turn over due to terribly pay scale to employees, the only people making any money at this company are the executives. I worked a ton of over time for one calendar year (Over 500 hours to be exact) and was handed a $100.00 bonus at the end of the year.
They generally hire young people out of school, pay low wages, get as much out of them as possible, feed them full of “Management Propaganda”, after a year the person leaves and they hire someone new to replace and repeat.
They due “Low End” type of projects, as mentioned they have a tremendous amount of turn over.
If you have no-where else to go, and you want to gain experience I could perhaps see going there, but would actively look for another job during my employment.

While I can't comment for certain about your pay situation (were you hourly or salaried?), if you were a staff engineer and worked those hours, the company would have provided your with straight-time... More

I have been working at HR Green full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The company is evolving but keeps people at the from of mind in everything they do. Leadership focuses on making money but understands that staff get them there.

    Cons

There are really no cons that I can think of. Sometimes I'd like a little more flexibility with my schedule.

I worked at HR Green full-time (More than 8 years)

Good employees & great compensation. Provided incentive for professional growth and development. Had a number of transportation projects back logged. Workplace environment is excellent and workload sharing between all the offices are utilized.

    Cons

Management and company structure is constantly changing, during my time with HRG I had multiple supervisor, typically changing each year. HRG implemented the cloud, in principle was a good idea but had major issues of getting the new system to work effectively.
